A leading architecture studio in Central London is seeking a Technical Architect to help lead packages for their luxury projects. Known for delivering high-quality, design-led projects across hospitality, commercial, and mixed-use sectors, the practice combines creativity with technical rigour.

You’ll play a key role in the delivery of complex UK-based schemes, working closely with project leads and consultants to ensure design intent is maintained through to completion. The studio values precision, collaboration, and innovation—making this an ideal environment for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges within a creative context.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical delivery across RIBA Stages 3–5
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
  • Prepare detailed construction packages using Revit and NBS Chorus
  • Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and planning conditions
  • Support junior staff and contribute to QA processes

Requirements

  • ARB-registered Architect with strong technical delivery experience
  • Proficient in Revit and NBS Chorus
  • Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
  • Experience in hospitality or commercial sectors is advantageous
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • The right to live and work in the UK - this practice can not sponsor
