Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the setup, optimisation, and performance of Google Ads campaigns including Search, Shopping, and YouTube
  • Oversee Meta Ads campaigns and support on other paid social channels such as TikTok and Pinterest
  • Lead client calls focused on paid media performance and provide clear, actionable insights
  • Collaborate with creative teams to brief and review ad assets for both paid search and social
  • Work closely with client services to deliver cross-channel campaign plans
  • Maintain strong account hygiene and monitor budget pacing
  • Contribute to test plans and help evolve internal media processes

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of PPC experience in a digital agency or performance-focused environment
  • Confident in managing Google Ads campaigns (Search and Shopping in particular)
  • Comfortable with Meta Ads Manager or willing to learn and take ownership of paid social campaigns
  • Experience working with premium, luxury, or e-commerce brands
  • Strong communicator who can lead client performance reviews and planning sessions
  • Highly organised and able to manage several campaigns and priorities
  • Confident in reviewing performance data and optimising based on insight
  • Experience with other paid social platforms such as TikTok, Pinterest, or LinkedIn
  • Familiarity with display platforms such as StackAdapt or DV360
  • Use of platforms such as Funnel.io, GA4, Shopify, Triple Whale, Klaviyo, or Looker Studio
  • Comfortable contributing to strategy documents, playbooks, or internal training
