Paid Search Executive
Location: Hybrid - Brighton and Remote
Type: Permanent - Full time
Hours: 32 hours a week (4.5 days)
Salary: £24,000 to £28,000 (depending on experience)
Responsibilities
- Leading on paid search campaigns to drive growth for clients
- Working on a range of e-commerce and lead-gen clients
- Performing regular account checks and optimisations to ensure optimal results
- Strong communication skills with both the team and client in meetings, presentations and calls. Especially important in the hybrid work environment when communicating with a team that is both in and out of the office
- Self-management - structuring your own time effectively, working to internal and client deadlines without the need of someone managing you. You are held accountable by your peers for the impact you deliver
- Collaborate effectively with other departments such as Paid Social, SEO, Business Development and Design
Requirements
- Hands-on experience managing PPC accounts
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with experience in using campaign types such as Performance Max, Search, Demand Gen, Display and Video
- Basic understanding of performance marketing automation (scripts, in-house tools, external tools)
- Ability to utilise AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity to be more efficient in output to match the standards of those already in the PPC team
- Experience in Google Sheets (or/and Excel) and Google Docs and digital reporting software
- High attention to detail
- Ability to contextualise data and communicate this clearly to clients and colleagues
- Ability to innovate and follow up with execution – test, measure, learn, scale
- Strong work ethic, self-management, personal accountability and ownership
- Understanding of attribution and tracking and how to set this up and use it to drive client success
