  • Support with briefing, planning and audience strategy development
  • Prepare and deliver performance reports with clear insights and actions
  • Coordinate creative asset delivery and platform approvals
  • Maintain strong relationships with media partners and platform reps
  • Help support Account Executives and contribute to their development
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, platform updates and regulatory guidance

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a paid social role, either agency or client-side
  • Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager; TikTok and LinkedIn experience a bonus
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data
  • Good organisational skills – able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and comfortable speaking with clients and partners
  • A team player with a collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn
  • Experience working with finance or app-based brands (useful but not essential)
  • If you’re looking to step up into a more senior role on a high-performing account with clear room to grow – we’d love to hear from you.
