Location: Liverpool (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to £55,000 + Bonus & Benefits

About the Role

An established and highly regarded wealth management firm is looking for an experienced Paraplanner to support its team of financial advisers in delivering high-quality financial planning solutions. Responsibilities

• Technical Research & Analysis: Conducting research on pensions, investments and protection solutions; assisting in financial planning and investment strategy development.
• Report Writing & Compliance: Drafting suitability reports and financial recommendations; ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies; working closely with financial advisers to provide seamless client service; attending client meetings when necessary to take notes and assist with technical queries; supporting the preparation of annual review documentation and cashflow modelling.
• Administrative & Operational Duties: Managing and maintaining client files and records; ensuring all compliance paperwork is accurate and up to date; assisting with investment and trade implementation.

Ideal Candidate / Qualifications

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent), with a desire to progress to Chartered status.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and tax implications.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and report-writing ability.
• Experience in a similar Paraplanning role within a wealth management firm.
• Proficient in financial research tools.
