Experience of working in an IFA office is preferred although experience of the wider financial service sector will also be considered. An understanding of the regulatory framework governing the financial service sector in the UK. Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with a range of clients and colleagues. Excellent administrative and IT skills.
Duties
Assist in the preparation of annual reviews for new and existing clients. Product and fund research. Production of recommendations and suitability letters. Completion of investment and pension forms and trades. Dealing with client enquiries. Provision of extensive administrative support.
