Are you an experienced Sales Administrator or Part Exchange (PX) Administrator seeking a new challenge with a respected UK house builder?

Fawkes & Reece London are working with a market-leading residential developer who is looking for a proactive, detail-driven professional to manage all part exchange properties from acquisition through to resale, ensuring a smooth process and outstanding customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Update and maintain internal CRM and property management systems.
• Manage solicitors to progress the legal conveyancing and purchase of part exchange homes.
• Provide regular progress reports to the Sales Director, PX Managers and site teams.
• Conduct home visits to agree criteria with customers and resolve issues around fixtures, fittings or compromises.
• Review and check solicitors\' legal reports (searches, plans, section agreements, building regulations) for sign-off by the Sales Director.
• Liaise with and negotiate updates with corporate estate agents on resale properties.
• Oversee vacant properties: arrange meter readings, key handovers, remedial or enhancement works, garden tidies and regular safety checks.
• Process credit/debit card transactions in line with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) and complete all required PCI DSS training.

Skills & Experience

• Strong organisation and time-management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of the UK legal property buying and conveyancing process.
• Proven negotiation, influencing and deal-making ability.
• Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Decisive, self-motivated and solutions-focused.
• Full UK driving licence required.
