We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner Business Manager to join our UK team. This role focuses on recruiting new partners and supporting existing ones, with a primary emphasis on driving new business through Talkdesk partners. The successful candidate will spend approximately 70% of their time on the road, collaborating with partners to build GTM strategies, deliver training, attend events, and work with Account Executives (AEs) and Solutions Engineers (SEs) to maximize partner-driven growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to expand Talkdesk’s partner ecosystem in the UK.
  • Partner Support & Enablement: Provide ongoing support to current partners, including training and resources to enhance their ability to sell Talkdesk solutions.
  • New Business Development: Drive revenue growth by collaborating with partners to generate new business opportunities and close deals.
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Develop and execute tailored GTM plans with partners to align with Talkdesk’s business objectives.
  • Events & Engagement: Represent Talkdesk at industry events, partner meetings, and joint marketing initiatives to strengthen relationships and brand presence.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work with AEs and SEs to ensure alignment between partner activities and Talkdesk’s sales strategies.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on partner performance metrics, ensuring KPIs and revenue targets are met.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in partner management, business development, or a similar role within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales and go-to-market strategies.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage partners.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (70% of time) across the UK to meet with partners and attend events.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including AEs and SEs.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a track record of driving new business.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and partner management platforms is a plus.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
