Job Title: Partner - Court of Protection

Location:Northwest / Hybrid - 1 Day Per Month in the Office

Salary:Competitive (DOE/PQE) + On-Target Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Property & Affairs team within the Court of Protection department
• Shape and implement departmental strategy aligned with the firm’s goals
• Oversee the team’s financial and operational performance, ensuring revenue targets are met
• Support and develop a diverse team of solicitors, legal executives, and support staff
• Maintain high professional standards and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
