At Xelix, we work with some of the world’s largest companies to automate and strengthen their financial controls. Our AI solutions redefine how Accounts Payable teams operate - moving from manual processes to automated, intelligent workflows.
Xelix is a fast-paced scale-up - things move fast and expectations are high. We have over 100 talented people pulling together to achieve our goals. Everyone is trusted to take ownership, move fast and have a meaningful impact. We prioritise personal and professional growth, keep things fun & we love to celebrate a milestone together.
In this role you’ll grow, be challenged and help shape the future of Xelix. If you’re excited about building something special with us, we’d love to hear from you.
About the role
The Partner Services Lead leads the enablement of Xelix partners, and supports them through the implementation of Xelix by serving as the main POC and technical expert.
This role sits within two functions within Xelix’s Professional Services team: Implementations and Partner Implementations. The key focus is defined below, but if the partner project pipeline does not keep the individual fully utilised, there will be an expectation to assist with direct customer implementations. Enablement and onboarding follow the route of all Professional Services team members to equip them technically.
The role ensures that any partners of Xelix are launched correctly on the platform and can use the platform as designed. The ability to manage internal and external stakeholders, proactively mitigate risk and translate technical information for non-technical personnel are key success factors.
The successful candidate would have experience in working with Enterprise customers leading software implementations. They must demonstrate excellent technical acumen, organisational and communications skills and a drive to ensure the client experience matches our culture and helps build enduring relationships with our customers.
What you’ll be doing
- Partner Relationship, Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners throughout the services sales and implementation cycles, ensuring alignment on objectives and deliverables.
- Communicate effectively with both business and technical partner personas, tailoring messaging to various stakeholder needs.
- Proactively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration across Business Development, Implementation, Sales, and Product teams.
- Project Management & Partner Enablement
- Oversee and manage multiple partner implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and successful activation.
- Develop structured project plans, timelines, and deliverables for partner onboarding, enablement, and training initiatives.
- Lead a train-the-trainer programme to mentor and certify partner instructors, ensuring consistent knowledge transfer.
- Partner Implementation & Success
- Ensure the seamless execution of partner solutions, managing expectations, resources, and timelines effectively.
- Centralise partnership management by coordinating efforts across multiple stakeholders, ensuring clarity in roles and responsibilities.
- Training Evaluation, Continuous Learning & Communication
- Develop and execute a continuous learning framework, ensuring partners remain engaged, knowledgeable, and aligned with evolving company objectives.
