We're looking for a driven, dynamic, and visionary Partner Success Manager to join our client's fast-growing European B2B Channel/MSP team. This is more than a job—it's your opportunity to shape the future of enterprise mobility. As a Partner Success Manager, you'll be the catalyst that drives adoption, inspires innovation, and transforms relationships with our client's key Managed Services Provider (MSP), Resellers, and Carrier Partners.
Duties:
- Serve as the primary link between the business and their B2B channel partners, ensuring every benefit, insight, and opportunity lands with impact.
- Deliver high-impact events, workshops, and partner enablement sessions with energy and authority.
- Demonstrate software and managed services with confidence, captivating both technical and business audiences.
- Create powerful technical content such as blogs, training videos, and playbooks that elevate partner knowledge.
- Troubleshoot and escalate partner issues, ensuring swift, proactive resolution.
- Work closely with sales teams and subsidiaries to drive alignment, action, and achievement.
- Inspire MSP partners to develop new services and scale solutions using devices and platforms.
- Build deep relationships with decision-makers and influencers at all levels, guiding strategy, not just support.
- Travel across Europe to facilitate face-to-face engagement and drive results.
- Provide partner insights, analytics, and feedback to shape future MSP and channel programs.
- Contribute directly to business strategy, bringing your experience and ideas to the table.
