Role Responsibilities

As a Partner Success Manager based in Warwick, your responsibilities include:

• Maintaining strong relationships with third-party software providers to ensure smooth customer experience
• Onboarding new customers and inputting their information into our systems
• Communicating with customers and software providers to build relationships and resolve issues
• Managing administrative tasks related to customers and providers

Working Hours

This is a full-time, permanent hybrid role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8:00am and 5:00pm.
