The Role: In this FULLY EMPLOYED position our Partners are given the flexibility of a SELF-EMPLOYED model with full responsibility for becoming the best estate agent in their local area. They provide an end-to-end service for their customers from valuation to completion of sale.

Support: This is not a self-employed position, which means we can provide our Partners with ongoing support to grow a successful business. This includes access to our learning and development team, support from a Local Property Centre, best-in-class technology and industry-leading marketing to raise your brand awareness locally.

Our Partners: The best Partners have an entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to be the best estate agent in their area. They grow their business by building local relationships, generating business, marketing their own personal brand and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

We are currently conducting all interviews using video software. To be eligible to proceed in our recruitment process, you will need:
