The Role

  • Build and manage key partnerships with manufacturers, national installers and energy companies.
  • Work closely with product, ops, and sales teams to deliver impact.
  • Identify new collaboration opportunities and help shape go-to‑market plans.
  • Drive partner success with technical onboarding, installer enablement, and ongoing support.
  • Act as the voice of our partners inside Homely, ensuring we deliver on our promises.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years’ experience in partnerships, business development, or account management.
  • Great communicator who loves connecting ideas and people.
  • Commercially sharp and results‑driven.
  • Experience in energy, renewables, or smart tech is a big plus; if you don’t have this, we’re ok – just be willing to learn fast!
