We have a great opportunity within our commercial team for a Partnerships Coordinator. The role of the Partnerships Coordinator will be to support the day-to-day management and delivery of commercial rights across several partners within The FA's Commercial Partnerships programme.

The FA's partnership portfolio is one of the largest in global sport, partnering with brands such as Nike, EE, Emirates, Adobe, M&S Food, Chase, and more, across FA properties including England Teams, The Emirates FA Cup, The Adobe Women's FA Cup, Wembley Stadium, and St. George's Park.

Success in this area has been achieved by building strategic partnerships, maximizing commercial value, fostering relationships, and delivering effective rights planning and activations.

What will you be doing?

  1. Support the management of relationships with partners across FA competitions, England teams, and venues, ensuring effective delivery of rights and supporting marketing activations.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
  3. Oversee partner branding, hospitality, ticketing, and manage the commercial hospitality spaces.
  4. Coordinate project meetings, QBRs, and ensure follow-up actions.
  5. Collaborate with FA departments to find and deliver added value for partners.
  6. Support the wider Partnership Team on projects and events.
  7. Perform additional tasks to meet the FA's priorities.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies, health, safety, and well-being standards.
  9. Complete a DBS check as part of the FA's commitment to safety.

Experience and Skills

Beneficial to have experience in partnership delivery, project management, or working with high-profile sports properties, grassroots sport, or professional teams.
