Who we’re looking for

• 6+ years’ PQE in Private Client
• Strong experience across wills, LPAs, probate, estate administration
• Comfortable handling complex matters
• Background from a reputable regional, national or Legal 500‑rated team
• Confident managing a full caseload autonomously
• Technically strong and quality‑driven
• Appetite for BD and relationship‑building
• Ambitious, forward‑thinking and keen to drive improvements
• Collaborative, approachable and low‑ego

What you’ll be doing

• Manage a full Private Client caseload from day one
• Deliver a high standard of client care
• Mentor junior and mid‑level colleagues where needed
• Support BD and networking initiatives
• Identify opportunities to modernise processes and improve efficiencies
• Contribute to a collaborative, supportive team culture
• Help stabilise workflow during a period of growth and change
