OverviewYou are a part-qualified Patent Attorney with a passion for new technology in the fields of telecommunications and standard essential patents. You should have acquired a minimum of two years post-foundation level experience gained either in private practice or in-house environment.This award-winning international firm are looking to expand their Electronics and Digital practice group and are keen to appoint a talented patent attorney in training to assist with exciting new projects with established clients, as well as a burgeoning pipeline of work emanating from recent client acquisitions. Much of the work available is almost exclusively direct client work on behalf of global telecoms providers, so your patent prosecution experience will be valuable to this established team.ResponsibilitiesAssist with exciting new projects within the Electronics and Digital practice group.Provide patent prosecution work for global telecoms providers and other established clients.Contribute to a pipeline of work arising from recent client acquisitions.Engage with commercial aspects of IP work and communicate complex information clearly and concisely.Qualifications and SkillsPart-qualified Patent Attorney with a minimum of two years post-foundation experience.Experience in telecommunications, 3GPP, and Standard Essential Patents is desirable; related technical areas are acceptable.Ability to express complex information in a clear and concise manner.Interest in the commercial aspects of IP work.Working Arrangements and BenefitsHybrid working is fully supported with three days in state-of-the-art offices, in a friendly, modern and progressive working environment.
