My leading Corporate Banking client are looking for a talented and motivated individual to manage the Payment Operations team, with responsibility for planning, organizing, and supervising the daily operational activities of the function. This role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, implementing efficient processes, and managing a team to deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and supervise daily Payment Operations activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement efficient processes within the team.
• Manage and develop the Payment Operations team to deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications / Essential Skills

• Strong Payments background (domestic and international)
• Experience managing a team
• Strong Banking Operations background
• Good energy

Salary and Benefits

Salary: Up to £55,000 + bonus + package

Location: London (good work from home options available)
