Hybrid: 3-4 days a month in the London/Oxford office

Hours: Part-time job share - Monday, Thursday, Friday

To be successful:

  • Must have UK payroll experience and some global payroll experience
  • Gold standard experience would be Italy and France. (Big advantage).
  • Outsourced payroll
  • This job is very manual, spreadsheets and an admin-heavy role – must be comfortable with this
  • Running until December 2026, can hire immediately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll administration across seven international locations.
  • Prepare, input, and process payroll data via HRIS, ensuring all monthly deadlines are met.
  • Oversee administration of UK and EU benefits, including:
  • Maintaining accurate records of joiners, leavers, and employee data on the benefits platform.
  • Managing active membership listings and updating third-party providers.
  • Preparing and validating data for annual renewals and invoicing.
  • Handle and resolve payroll and benefits queries from employees and Partners promptly.
  • Support annual payroll and benefits audits.
  • Produce regular and ad-hoc payroll and benefits reports.
  • Maintain employee records and HR database (Access) with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider Business Support community to deliver a consistent, high-quality service.
