What you’ll be doing – Payroll Co-ordinator

• Supporting the finance team with accurate, timely payroll processing across a large, multi-site organisation.

• Handling end-to-end payroll tasks including data entry, calculations, and reporting.

• Resolving payroll queries from employees and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

• Collaborating with HR and finance colleagues to ensure compliance and smooth operations during a busy period.

What we’re looking for – Payroll Co-ordinator

• Previous experience in payroll, ideally in a high-volume, multi-site setting.

• Confident using payroll systems and Excel, with strong attention to detail.

• Solid understanding of PAYE, NI, pensions, and statutory payments.

• Clear communicator with a proactive, team-first attitude.

• Experience in a shared services or centralised payroll environment is a bonus.
