Payroll Manager

Your Role Will Include:
Managing and processing multiple payrolls (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)
Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery
Handling statutory payments (SSP, SMP, SPP, etc.)
Administering pensions and auto-enrolment
Acting as the key contact for client payroll queries
Supporting audits, reconciliations, and reporting
Keeping up to date with payroll legislation and best practices
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in a payroll environment (bureau experience a bonus)
Strong knowledge of PAYE and statutory payments
Ability to manage multiple payrolls with precision
Proficiency in payroll software, spreadsheets, and journals
Excellent communication and client service skills
Solid understanding of pensions and auto-enrolment
