We’re excited to offer a unique opportunity to join our small but growing team as a Payroll Manager – a role that’s evolved significantly in recent months. With new leadership, a refreshed dynamic, and a real focus on collaboration, we’re proud to say the atmosphere here is more supportive, open, and enjoyable than ever before.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on both the details and the bigger picture. Our payroll system still has some manual elements to it, so we’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves – but who also brings the experience and confidence to spot inefficiencies, identify what “good” looks like, and lead us through meaningful, continuous improvements.
If you’re ready to make a real impact, help shape the future of payroll here, and enjoy the journey with a genuinely welcoming team, we’d love to hear from you.
We are based just off Junction 24 of the M1 and therefore easily accessible from Leicester, Loughborough, Nottingham, Derby, and surrounding areas.
