Payroll Specialist
New Today
Our client, a large, well-known company based in central London, is looking to recruit an experienced Payroll Specialist on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role offers hybrid working – 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home. Flexible working arrangements are also available.
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will join an established payroll team of 8 responsible for the company's payroll, covering approximately 5,000 employees. The payroll is managed in-house from start to finish, including benefits and pension administration. The team also processes payrolls for multiple European countries.
To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate previous experience processing a busy payroll, ideally from start to finish. A good understanding of UK PAYE legislation and how to calculate deductions such as overpayments, maternity, sickness payments, tax, and National Insurance is essential. Experience with European payrolls is not required but is considered an advantage. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn international and European payroll processing.
In return, you will join a reputable business at the top of its field, offering excellent development opportunities. If you possess the payroll skills outlined above and are looking for new opportunities, we want to hear from you!
