Fixed Term Contract until July 2026 - Term Time Only

Band D: £32,597 - £37,280 per annum, pro rata.This post will be pro rata to 38 weeks per annum.

A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to join the PE and School Sport Team in Solihull during this exciting time.The PE & School Partnership Team are a small, friendly team who support schools to provide a positive Physical Education, School Sport and Physical Activity experience for all young people in the borough.

We are currently recruiting for two highly motivated, enthusiastic, and committed PE and School Sport Partnership Officers to be part of the team covering north and south Solihull, based at Lode Heath School. Both partnership areas are well established where PE, School Sport and Physical Activity are highly valued.As a PE and School Sport Partnership Officer you will be responsible for delivering the School Games outcomes, the Partnership Membership Programme and the Barclays Girls’ Football School Partnership outcomes.

Although this post is advertised on a full time basis, applications for part time and job share will also be considered.

As PE & School Sport Partnership Officer, you will have the opportunity to work with National Guidance from Sport England, the Youth Sport Trust and as part of a local partnership of School Games Organisers, the Active Partnership and wider stakeholders offering you the opportunity to work with young people to help shape what our future provision looks like.

Due to the nature of this post, there will be the requirement to work flexibly with the ability to travel across the borough of Solihull to a variety of work-related locations.

The post requires flexibility with the working hours to meet the needs of the service in offering extra curriculum school events.
