Overview

London hybrid c 2 days office based per week

Are you passionate about delivering high-quality trustee-facing services in the pensions sector? Progressive opportunity for an individual with prior Pensions industry experience to join a professional and collaborative team supporting occupational DB and DC pension schemes through expert governance, secretariat, and client-focused consulting.

About the role

• Provide tailored consulting services to a portfolio of clients
• Support trustee meetings, scheduling, producing board packs and minutes
• Respond to client queries and deliver regular reporting
• Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Assist in governance projects for various schemes
• Manage scheme invoices and annual budgets
• Collaborate with and support colleagues whilst your own progression will be fully supported

About you

• Strong understanding of defined benefit pension schemes
• At least 2-5 years industry experience whether administrative, consulting or in-house scheme management support
• Excellent numerical literacy and proficiency in Excel
