Pensions Consultant - London

Location: London (Hybrid)

Are you an experienced pensions professional looking to advance your career and engage in a diverse range of client work? We are collaborating with a leading consultancy that is expanding its team and seeking a Consultant to join their London office.

What you'll be doing:

• Be part of a collaborative team, providing high-quality advice to both corporate and trustee clients on all aspects of pension scheme management, including funding, design, governance, and communications.
• Support senior consultants and partners in solving complex challenges and delivering tailored solutions.
• Attend and advise at trustee and governance meetings.
• Draft reports, member communications, and client literature.
• Assist clients with regulatory changes and pension scheme strategies.
• Support presentations, member surgeries, and training sessions.
• Oversee junior colleagues and contribute to process improvements.
• Participate in new business pitches and attend client meetings.

What we're looking for:

• Strong background in UK pensions, from consultancy, in-house, or admin provider roles.
• Confident communicator with experience in building client relationships.
• Comfortable working with DB schemes and some exposure to DC schemes.
• Organised, deadline-driven, and eager to learn.
• Studying for or recently completed professional qualifications (e.g., PMI/APMI).
