Great opportunity to join our Pensions Data Solutions Team as a Pensions Lead Data Consultant. Our data services span a broad range of clients with different UK pension administration operations, and our solutions are delivered within the team, often in conjunction with other WTW business units or alongside third parties.
We seek individuals with expertise in the legacy Defined Benefit pension environment, familiar with how member data is held, processed, and used by pension administrators. - Act as a client-facing project lead, understanding business requirements to tailor data solutions.
- Deliver advice and various deliverables to Pension Managers, Trustee boards, and other key client contacts, liaising effectively across different seniority levels.
- Collaborate with Data Solutions leads and team members to ensure quality outcomes.
- Prepare data strategies, project approaches, and lead teams to meet client objectives.
- Contribute to process and deliverable improvements across Data Solutions service lines.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with administrators, actuaries, legal advisers, and client representatives.
Additionally, the candidate should be comfortable with business development, sales fundamentals, and growing the business, with attention to financial aspects like scoping, budgeting, and billing. Promoting best practices and bringing innovative ideas to address client needs are essential. The role requires self-motivation, the ability to meet deadlines across multiple projects, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
What Can We Offer You?
The chance to develop your skills within a fast-growing, diverse, and collaborative team. Benefits include a competitive salary, pension scheme, life insurance, medical insurance, eye care vouchers, and flexible benefits such as critical illness cover and dental options.

- Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and confidently.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and opportunities.
- Focus on client satisfaction balanced with business needs.
- Experience leading client meetings and managing financial aspects like scoping, pricing, and billing.
- Knowledge of UK pension administration systems and data auditing processes.
