Pensions Team Manager - Defined Benefit

Due to growth, a new vacancy has arisen for a pensions team manager at an in-house firm in Edinburgh, transitioning to hybrid working. Candidates with 5+ years of experience in defined benefit (DB) pensions are encouraged to apply to advance their careers and lead the team.

The successful candidate will manage key projects within the team, requiring previous technical DB pensions experience and client management skills. Professional qualifications such as PMI are highly desirable to ensure project compliance.

You will work with clients managing a mix of defined benefit and defined contribution schemes. A thorough understanding of cradle-to-grave pensions administration, scheme rules, and current legislation is essential. The role offers the opportunity to leverage extensive DB knowledge and qualifications to take ownership and contribute significantly to the team’s success.
