We’re now looking for a People & Admin Assistant to support the smooth running of our Edinburgh office. From onboarding new team members and setting up laptops to keeping the office stocked and organised, you’ll play a key role in helping our people thrive.

The Details You Need
- Location: Edinburgh – 4 Queen Street (Office-based 4 days/week, 1 day WFH)
- Contract: permanent- 37,5 hours
Your Rhythm
- Monday to Friday, with 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home
- Must be in the office for onboarding days and key team activities

Your Mission
You’ll be the friendly, reliable presence that keeps things running behind the scenes and helps our people feel supported. From preparing for new starters to booking catering for events, your work will make a difference every day. And as you settle into the role, you’ll have the chance to learn about tech hiring and support our recruitment efforts too.
WhatYou'll Be Doing
- Assisting with onboarding: welcome emails, desk setup, laptop prep
- Scheduling interviews and sending out friendly, timely communications (training provided)
- Supporting offboarding: collecting equipment, managing checklists, keeping things up to date
- Setting up laptops and accounts for new joiners – hardware, logins, Wi-Fi (don’t worry, we’ll show you how)
- Managing office supplies, snacks, stationery, and deliveries
- Booking catering and helping with team events and internal meetings
- Supporting the People team with admin tasks and internal projects
- Learning about recruitment and assisting with hiring
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable using technology and willing to learn new tools
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Friendly, approachable, and proactive
- Some experience in admin, team support, or customer service is helpful
- An interest in recruitment or the tech industry is a big plus
- No office management or hiring experience needed – we’ll support your development
