**About the Role**
As our People Advisor, you’ll be part of the team advising, guiding, and coaching managers across the business to help us deliver our vision and mission. As we grow, you'll:
- Provide expert advice and support to manage employee relations (ER) cases from start to finish.
- Coach managers on all aspects of people management, including contractual matters, communication, motivation, and wellbeing.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of people procedures, ensuring they are fit for purpose and compliant with legislation.
- Manage a portfolio of projects to enhance the employee experience.
Ensure all interactions with employees are fair, compliant, and aligned with processes.
This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 2 days per week at NPL in Teddington.
**About You**
- Deep knowledge of employment relations, including experience supporting Occupational Health matters end-to-end.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex issues.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and deliver results.
- Tech-savvy, with experience in MS SharePoint, Power BI, or similar tools.
