This newly created role combines leadership responsibility for two key strategic HR areas: People Analytics and Total Rewards. As Team Manager you will lead a team of HR experts to deliver the required HR KPIs, data and reporting the business needs to operate effectively, and to provide in-depth people analytics to support strategic business decisions. You will also design and execute the annual total reward strategy (compensation & benefits) to ensure a competitive, market-oriented and cost effective remuneration package is offered for all colleagues nationally.

What you’ll do

People Analytics

  • Planning and monitoring of national HR KPI’s and the provision of standardised HR reporting to document business progress.
  • Extrapolating, analysing, and advising on HR data from within SAP, SuccessFactors and other linked HR systems, to provide timely HR reporting needed for business decisions.
  • Conceptual design and implementation of new HR reporting opportunities and data visualisation tools to provide further insight to the business.
  • Collaborating with other HR business areas, Head Office teams and international departments on HR KPI, data and reporting.

Total Rewards

  • Planning, design, evaluation and delivery of all employee compensation and benefit offerings such as hourly and salaried pay scales, enhanced premiums, pay incentives, mandatory and voluntary benefits, pension schemes, and insurance schemes.
  • Preparation, analysis and communication of annual market benchmarking, external employment market data, competitor compensation data, job and position analysis.
  • Data collection, processing and analysis for total reward projects and bespoke compensation solutions.
  • Organisation of Total Reward information events and communication campaigns for various colleague groups.

What you’ll need

  • Strong leadership skills with experience delivering on HR data and Total Reward strategies.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to process data and deliver meaningful analysis.
  • Experience using standard SAP transactions to extract HR and Payroll data.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills; experience with business intelligence software beneficial.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to summarize complex data sets into key findings and recommendations.
  • Exceptional planning, organisational and delegation skills to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines.
  • Independent thinker with the initiative to set department objectives and priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills to connect with people at all levels of the business and deliver the right level of detail effectively.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to persuade and convince others.
