Overview


The People and Culture Business Partner plays a pivotal role in partnering with leaders across the organisation to shape and execute people strategies that align with business objectives. Acting as a trusted advisor, this role provides expert guidance on both strategic initiatives and day-to-day people matters. It also plays a key role in delivering People & Culture programs and policies, ensuring a consistent and positive employee experience that fosters innovation, collaboration, and high performance.

Responsibilities



Due to the international nature of the business, you may be required to attend calls outside of the normal business hours.


This is a hybrid role which includes travel to the Manchester office 3 days per week.
