About the role
We’re hiring a People Business Partner to lead the people agenda for our commercial teams, partner with senior leaders, and build a culture where everyone can do their best work. This role sits within the UK People team, reports into the UK Partnering Director, and partners directly with the Commercial Leadership Team. You’ll be a strategic thought partner—trusted to shape the people strategy, coach senior leaders, and drive long‑term impact across the business.
Responsibilities
- Partner with commercial leaders to co‑create a people plan that supports transformation, performance, and growth.
- Act as a coach and challenger—helping leaders build high‑performing, inclusive teams.
- Lead change with empathy and clarity, ensuring colleagues feel informed, engaged, and supported.
- Use data and insight to guide decisions, anticipate workforce needs, and shape future capability.
- Build talent pipelines and succession plans that unlock career progression and leadership development.
- Champion a culture of feedback, recognition, and inclusion—where everyone feels they belong.
- Collaborate across the People function to deliver seamless, joined‑up solutions that meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Experience influencing senior leaders and shaping people strategy in a fast‑paced, complex environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and a bias for action.
- Confidence in leading change, solving problems, and coaching at the executive level.
- Passion for inclusion, wellbeing, and creating a great colleague experience.
- Curiosity, candor, and a collaborative mindset.
- EF1 employment level.

- Annual bonus scheme of up to 45% of base salary.

- 26 weeks maternity and adoption leave (after 1 year’s service) at full pay, followed by 13 weeks of statutory maternity pay or statutory adoption pay, we also offer 6 weeks fully paid paternity leave.
