Department: People Management

Location: Remote

• Act as System Owner and Lead Administrator for HiBob across Celnor Group
• Maintain and optimise system configuration, workflows, and automation to reflect business and organisational changes
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and accurate reporting across all entities
• Provide end-user support and training to HR colleagues, managers, and employees
• Work closely with the People team to implement new modules or integrations and manage release testing/updates
• Deliver expert, pragmatic HR advice to senior leaders and line managers across a portfolio of group businesses
• Lead and support on complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, capability and performance cases
• Provide guidance and project leadership on organisational change including restructures and TUPE (incoming and outgoing)
• Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning, talent management, engagement and retention strategies
• Coach and influence leaders to improve people management capability and employee experience
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR practices, templates, and group policies
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition and Finance teams to ensure seamless people data flow and process alignment.
  
  

• Proven experience in a generalist HR role, including employee relations and change management
• Hands-on experience with HiBob – system configuration, workflow administration, reporting, and user support
• Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills you’ll need to quickly build credibility with a wide range of colleagues
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling operational and strategic tasks
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, decentralised business environment.

• Experience supporting multiple businesses or within a group structure
• HR project management experience (system implementation, policy harmonisation)
• CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience
• Experience supporting TUPE processes (either inbound or outbound)
• Working knowledge of US and/or EU employment law would be highly advantageous but not essential
• Experience supporting international or cross-border teams
