The opportunity
We are seeking an experienced HR/People Business Partner who will play a pivotal role in delivering high quality, generalist HR support across our group. This role combines traditional HR partnering responsibilities with system ownership of our group HRIS, HiBob. You’ll be the subject matter expert for HiBob, ensuring we unlock its full capability across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as System Owner and Lead Administrator for HiBob across Celnor Group
- Maintain and optimise system configuration, workflows, and automation to reflect business and organisational changes
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and accurate reporting across all entities
- Provide end-user support and training to HR colleagues, managers, and employees
- Work closely with the People team to implement new modules or integrations and manage release testing/updates
- Deliver expert, pragmatic HR advice to senior leaders and line managers across a portfolio of group businesses
- Lead and support on complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, capability and performance cases
- Provide guidance and project leadership on organisational change including restructures and TUPE (incoming and outgoing)
- Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning, talent management, engagement and retention strategies
- Coach and influence leaders to improve people management capability and employee experience
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR practices, templates, and group policies
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition and Finance teams to ensure seamless people data flow and process alignment.
Essential
- Proven experience in a generalist HR role, including employee relations and change management
- Hands-on experience with HiBob – system configuration, workflow administration, reporting, and user support
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills you’ll need to quickly build credibility with a wide range of colleagues
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling operational and strategic tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, decentralised business environment.
- Experience supporting multiple businesses or within a group structure
- HR project management experience (system implementation, policy harmonisation)
- CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience
- Experience supporting TUPE processes (either inbound or outbound)
- Working knowledge of US and/or EU employment law would be highly advantageous but not essential
- Experience supporting international or cross-border teams
