Partnering with Directors and Managers to deliver forward-thinking people strategies that directly support business success Leading the way on change management, talent planning, engagement, and organisational design Coaching and empowering managers to be great leaders, building a positive workplace culture and boosting retention Managing employee relations with confidence and fairness, in line with employment law Using data and insights to drive smarter, people‑focused solutions Support sites across the one site in Clyde, Scotland (remote support; 2–3 site visits per year)
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a People Partner or equivalent senior HR role Confident delivery on change projects (restructures, TUPE, engagement, reward) Understanding of the commercial landscape and ability to balance strategic and handson responsibilities Strong communication, coaching and influencing skills at every level Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset that thrives in a fast‑moving environment
