The role
As a People Business Partner, you’ll collaborate across our People Team functions and embed yourself within business units to provide tailored support. You’ll drive continuous improvement, use data‑driven insights, and ensure that the People Team is proactive and integral to Rightmove’s growth and success.
What you’ll be doing
- Acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders, guiding them on HR‑related matters to align with their objectives.
- Addressing and resolving employee concerns and conflicts, fostering a fair, positive, and inclusive workplace culture.
- Providing expert advice and managing HR processes like disciplinary, grievance, and appeal procedures.
- Coaching and supporting managers to drive meaningful performance conversations.
- Analysing people data to uncover trends, inform decisions, and drive business outcomes.
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and staying up to date with best practices.
- Supporting change management initiatives, including restructures and future business needs.
- Leading and driving projects that make a real difference to our team and the wider business.

- Proven experience as a People Business Partner
- Demonstrated success in managing complex employee relations cases.
- Strong analytical skills – you’ll love using data to drive decisions.
- A knack for managing projects from start to finish.
- Confidence in building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- A natural ability to resolve conflicts and drive positive outcomes.
