People Coordinator (12 month FTC) at So Energy
Reporting to our Head of People Operations, Viv, this is a genuinely generalist role with the opportunity to get involved with all touch points of the employee lifecycle. You will assist with on-boarding of new So Energists, maintain our HRIS, support off-boarding of leavers, maintain org charts and HR reporting. You will also be involved in monthly payroll processing.
What you’ll be getting up to
- Employee lifecycle management, DBS checks, maintaining employeedatabase, payroll administration
- Support HRBPs, Talent and other areas of the People Team
- Respond to internal HR queries and actions, prepare employee documents and ensure compliance with HR protocols
- Responsible for the creation of employee letters and ensuring templates are up to date
- Support the People Operations team to follow best practice policies
- Support the implementation of People initiatives and projects
- Support with onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Administrate and maintain our HRIS (currently Hibob), and ensure it is always up to date
- Maintain and update org charts
- Responsible for payroll processing
- Get involved with HR analytics and reporting on areas such as sickness and absence
- Support the People team from a generalist perspective during periods of leave or as required
- Support with recruitment initiatives
- Demonstrate a values-led approach in line with our behavioural framework
- Collaborate with ESB colleagues to strengthen our partnership
What we’re looking for
- Strong communication skills; you are at your best when you talk to people
- High level of attention to detail
- Process-oriented
- Organised and adaptable to change
- Studied HR or currently studying/looking to study CIPD or equivalent
- Experience using HiBob (or similar HRIS)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
