They are now looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to join them on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week.

The Role

As a People & Culture Business Partner, you will act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to leaders across the organisation, guiding and influencing people practices with empathy and expertise.

Working across your designated areas, you’ll build strong, collaborative relationships with Managers and Heads of Department, developing a deep understanding of their teams and objectives.

With this insight, you’ll identify opportunities for growth and improvement in our client’s people strategies and provide professional, proactive support across all aspects of HR.
