This newly created People & Culture Business Partner role will be pivotal in driving commercial success through the people agenda, sitting at the heart of the company's commercial division.

The role:

The HR Business Partner will act as a strategic partner to the Commercial and Sales functions within the business, ensuring the people agenda directly supports revenue growth and organisational objectives.

This role requires a commercially astute HR professional who can influence leaders, build incentive strategies, and deliver initiatives that enhance sales performance while maintaining a strong people-first culture.

The main responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sales, Commercial, and Leadership teams to align HR initiatives with business growth strategies.
  • Provide expert HR advice to senior stakeholders on workforce planning, organisational design, and talent management.
  • Drive forward the people agenda in support of sales growth targets.
  • Develop and implement tailored HR solutions that improve team performance, productivity, and retention in commercial areas.
  • Lead on the design and delivery of sales incentive, reward, and recognition programmes.
  • Support managers in identifying and developing high-potential talent within the sales and commercial functions.
  • Implement succession planning and talent pipelines aligned with business growth.
  • Shape and influence performance management frameworks to improve accountability and results within sales teams.
  • Lead engagement initiatives to foster a high-performance culture.

The ideal candidate:

  • Proven HR Business Partner experience in a commercial or sales-focused environment.
  • Strong understanding of incentive and reward mechanisms.
  • Demonstrable experience driving sales growth through people strategies.
  • Resilient, results-oriented, and motivated by making an impact.
