The Opportunity
As a People Operations Partner II , you’ll play a vital role in shaping the employee experience across EMEA/APAC and beyond. This role is all about delivering operational excellence—from compliance leadership and HR systems to audits and global mobility. You’ll own and drive key People Operations processes, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure smooth, scalable and compliant HR support globally. You’ll also lead special projects to continuously improve our tools, policies, and ways of working.
The Team
You’ll join our global People Operations team—a collaborative group of HR pros who care deeply about delivering seamless and human-centered support across the employee lifecycle. This role supports a distributed team, with team members based across the US, EMEA, and APAC regions, all working together to support our growing international workforce.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
Experienced in managing and improving HR systems (especially Workday)
Skilled in ensuring global and local compliance across HR processes
Comfortable owning audits and reporting with confidence and accuracy
A strong communicator who can explain complex issues simply and clearly
Experienced in immigration and global mobility processes
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills
Collaborative, but also confident working independently
Trusted to handle sensitive and confidential information with care
Tech-savvy, with strong working knowledge of Google Drive, Microsoft Office, or similar tools
