Picsart is seeking an energetic People Operations & TA Specialist to join our global People team. This role will see you working collaboratively with colleagues based all over the world to ensure we provide the best experience to our employees (or as we call them, ‘Picsartians’.)

As People Operations & TA Specialist at Picsart your role will cover everything ‘people’. From their initial hiring and global onboarding, to supporting our global entities and exciting HR projects, this role provides a path to explore all aspects of HR and define your growth. We’ll provide you with coaching, training, and learning opportunities along the way so don’t be put off if there are responsibilities below you’re not yet confident in.

How You\'ll Make an Impact

Talent Acquisition

  • Partner with hiring managers providing expertise and guidance on hiring processes, driving the full end-to-end recruiting cycle.
  • Use a creative approach to source candidates and maintain an active candidate pipeline using a full range of recruitment tactics and resources.
  • Detect obstacles, and take the initiative of changes to ensure the hiring process goes smoothly.
  • Partner with colleagues track and report key hiring metrics, preparing regular dashboards for People and Leadership Teams.

People

  • Support global onboarding in collaboration with international colleagues, ensuring new Picsartians experience a seamless welcome.
  • Maintain up to date employee records in line with local legislation.
  • Provide advice and guidance on local labour laws and best practice.
  • Support the wider People team to develop and implement global policies.
  • Support managers and employees to succeed by identifying knowledge gaps, organizing training with global colleagues where appropriate.
  • Work closely with the global People team to ensure Picsart’s brand and culture is consistent across different locations.
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensure policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
  • Assist with immigration processes where required.
  • Support the People team with organizing social activities that strengthen culture and engagement.
  • Participate in different taskforces and cross-functional initiatives that drive People programs forward.

What You\'ll Bring

  • 4 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, People Operations, or a similar HR role in an international environment.
  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment (Tech Recruitment is preferable), sourcing strategies, and interview best practices.
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and HR practices, with the ability to adapt to global policies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to build trusted relationships with managers and employees at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using ATS (Preferably Greenhouse), HRIS (Preferably HiBob), and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.).
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural and global team, with an interest in employee experience and engagement.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to identify obstacles and suggest improvements.
