Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and collaborative People Partner to join our team on a fixed-term contract (maternity cover). In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, driving people strategies that support business objectives and foster a positive workplace culture. You will provide guidance on employee relations, performance, and organisational development, while building strong relationships across TM Forum. The ideal candidate will bring strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance strategic priorities with hands-on support, ensuring our people and teams can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers on all people-related matters.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, conflicts and issues proactively, ensuring alignment with company policies and fostering a positive work environment. Track cases to identify trends to enable business wide solutions.
  • Performance: Support and challenge line managers to critically assess their people, ensuring that high performance is recognised and underperformance is addressed.
  • Organisational Culture and Engagement: Support and enhance the company culture through people initiatives, internal communication, and employee engagement programs that align with company values.
  • Change Management: Assist in leading and implementing organisational changes, ensuring that employees are well-informed and supported through transitions.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices (UK knowledge is essential and USA and Republic of Ireland desirable).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all organisational levels.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data and metrics to guide decisions.
  • Adaptable and resilient: able to thrive in a dynamic, growing organization with evolving needs.
  • A coaching style, with the ability to empower and guide leaders.
  • People-centric: Passionate about people development and creating a positive work environment.
  • Inclusive: Strong commitment to diversity and inclusion in all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
  • CIPD qualification (ideally level 5 or equivalent experience).
