People Partnering Manager
13 Days Old
Salary: Circa £60,000 per annum FTE
Location: South West England. This is a hybrid role where you’ll be mainly based from home but there’ll be regular travel across the South West for client and internal meetings.
What youll be doing: You’ll lead a small, brilliant team of People Business Partners and People Advisors, supporting them to deliver consistently high-quality work for our clients. That means developing their skills, helping them manage their workload, reviewing their work when needed, and ensuring they hit their billing targets, all whilst supporting them in the best possible way.
At the same time, you’ll also manage your own portfolio of clients. You’ll be their go-to person – someone who really gets their business and can provide strategic HR advice that helps them achieve their goals. You’ll build strong, lasting relationships with them, and you’ll spot opportunities to grow the account by showing the value we can add.
Summary
We think this is a super exciting role. Your responsibilities will be many and varied, but never boring. Here’s a brief summary of your day to day role:
- Managing, supporting, and developing a team of People Business Partners and People Advisors, including 1:1s, coaching, workload planning, and performance development.
- Helping your team deliver brilliant work by being a second pair of eyes when needed -making sure everything we share with clients is accurate, high quality and true to our values.
- Taking care of your own portfolio of clients by building trusted partnerships and delivering a mix of hands-on support and strategic, project-based work that makes a real difference.
