Total Package

Provides administrative and helpdesk support to employees, ensuring smooth P&C processes and timely responses to people policy queries. Assisting with payroll-related queries to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.
The role
• Respond to first-line P&C queries from employees, escalating complex cases where necessary.
• Maintain and update employee records in P&C systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in the preparation of P&C correspondence, including contracts and policy updates.
• Support the administration of the full employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding processes.
• Coordinate P&C case documentation and track case progress.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and data protection regulations in handling employee information.
• Provide administrative support for P&C-related projects and initiatives.
• Assist in compiling reports on P&C queries and service request trends for internal review.
• Respond to employee payroll queries and escalate complex issues where necessary.
• Work closely with P&C and Finance teams to process payroll changes.
The person
• Organisation - Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage competing deadlines.
• Attention to detail - Keen attention to detail in identifying defects and ensuring accuracy.
• Communication - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, present technical info, and provide training or support, with strong verbal and written skills for clear and professional correspondence.
• Entry-level experience in HR administration or customer service.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and HR policies is desirable.
