Delivering essential infrastructure services for life, while being safety first, and client and customer centric in a friendly, fun and respectful environment where you are encouraged to thrive.

Where will you be working?

As an organisation, there is little we don’t do and plenty to get involved in. Our Group Support roles are vital in making sure we can help over 11,000 people deliver essential infrastructure seamlessly across water, energy, transport and telecom.

This role is in our People department, our People Team supports us to recruit, retain, engage and develop our people. Roles can be in talent acquisition, learning, reward, employee relations or people services.

What will you be doing?

You’ll be helping lead the People Services function, working closely with the People Services Manager to make sure everything we do is progressive, efficient and delivers real consistency across our support operations.

You’ll be guiding a talented team—coaching and encouraging them, offering feedback and recognition that brings out their best, and fostering engagement that truly aligns with our wider People strategy. Your leadership will be felt not just in team meetings or appraisals, but in the way you champion collaboration and clarity in everything we do.

Day to day, you'll be hands-on in ensuring performance stays strong, with service levels and key indicators that reflect an employee experience we can all be proud of. You’ll collaborate across our People Partner and People Manager teams to make sure any changes in our policies, processes or services are smoothly rolled out and well communicated—connecting the dots so our people feel supported and empowered.

There’s a real opportunity here to influence culture. We’re looking for someone who can help drive a high-performing, open, and team-driven environment—one where simplicity is embraced, continuous improvement is second nature, and every employee feels the difference. If that sounds like a space where you could thrive, we’d love to hear your story.
