Job Title: People Specialist
Location: 4 Eastcheap, London (Hybrid 3 days in office)
Salary – Up to £45k Base + Benefits

- Provide comprehensive HR support to designated teams and ensure a positive employee experience throughout their lifecycle.
- Collaborate with regional managers to maintain strong connections and manage regional duties effectively.
- Assist in implementing organizational changes and plans to achieve objectives and minimize risk.
- Advise on employment policies and ensure legal compliance and fairness.
- Regularly review and update employment policies and procedures.
- Deliver policy training to line managers to enhance knowledge and compliance.
- Manage the entire recruitment process to ensure high-quality candidates and maintain good practices.
- Develop job descriptions and assessment methods, and support hiring managers in making robust decisions.
- Create and manage recruitment advertisements to enhance the employer's profile.
- Ensure professional candidate communications and feedback to maintain the company's external reputation.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback for improvements.
- Monitor and improve the quality of performance reviews.
- Guide managers and employees on performance management processes and support personal development opportunities.
- Deliver performance management training workshops for employees and managers.
- Assist in creating and implementing a company Learning and Development Plan.
- Develop and deploy career progression frameworks and identify development opportunities within the organization.
Experience and Qualifications
- CIPD qualification - minimum Level 3, ideally committed to undertake Level 5
- Track record of generalist human resource management experience with a focus on operational execution
- Previously worked for an international Company
- Computer literate and in particular, previous experience using Teams, Microsoft applications
- Applied employment law knowledge within the UK - essential
- Employment law knowledge/ experience within Europe - desirable
