Location: Hybrid (with occasional travel to India)

Contract Type: Fixed-Term (10 months)

Are you a strategic HR leader with a passion for service excellence and team development? Join Mitie as our People Support Team Lead and play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our HR service delivery.

About The Role

We're looking for an experienced HR professional to lead our People Support Specialists and manage our outsourced HR service provider. You'll ensure services are fit for purpose, aligned with business needs, and delivered to the highest standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive impactful projects, champion service improvements, and build strong partnerships across the business.
