Our consultants work with our clients, often in the context of large‑scale, complex business transformations to:Drive and enact workforce transformation by aligning people and talent strategies to evolving operating models to deliver strategic business goals.Enable people productivity and experience through AI transformation introducing new tools, data‑driven processes and digital ways of working.Define and activate the cultural ambition, including objective assessment of the gap between the current and target culture, developing new leadership capabilities, infusing the culture across the organisational ecosystem and making it real through people‑led experiences.Unlock and accelerate people performance by optimising the workforce infrastructure – co‑creating capability frameworks and assessing future skills, building robust workforce plans, designing and developing routes for skills growth and optimisation.Drive top team effectiveness, collaborating with senior leadership teams to unlock organisational vision and strategy, developing new leadership capabilities and embedding culture through leadership behaviours.Transform the HR function as a strategic enabler to drive commercial outcomes and providing expertise in transitioning large numbers of people into new operating models.Skills and ExperienceYou have demonstrable consulting experience supporting and delivering a selection of strategic People and Talent solutions, ideally across a range of market sectors: Culture transformation, Leadership and behavioural change, People strategy and workforce planning, Capability and skills building, AI enabled people productivity and experience, People performance and talent management, HR transformation.You take personal ownership of your work, manage time efficiently and deliver high‑quality deliverables that create clear impact and value.You have experience using AI and digital tools to optimise project delivery and create impactful solutions for clients.You communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders, instilling confidence, building trusted relationships and collaborating proactively.You actively manage and grow your personal network and support business development opportunities that deliver client value and enable future commercial opportunities.You take ownership of your personal development and seek to support others to be their best, offering help and sharing learning as needed.BenefitsGenerous Annual Leave Policy – 5 weeks of paid annual leave, plus additional 2 weeks after 5 years of continuous service.Flexible Working – hybrid working policy and flexible unpaid leave options.Corporate Responsibility Days – 3 days per year to support social and environmental causes.Wellbeing Fund – annual People Fund to support personal wellbeing activities.Career Progression – quarterly promotion reviews, no quotas.Profit Share Scheme – all employees participate in the Baringa Group Profit Share Scheme.Diversity and InclusionWe are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
