The Role:
We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and people-focused People & Talent Executive to join our team. This is an entry-level role, perfect for someone early in their People & HR career with a strong interest in talent acquisition and supporting hiring processes from start to finish. You’ll be at the heart of ensuring candidates have a great experience, while helping us find and hire amazing people.
This role reports into our People & Talent Manager and is a junior/entry-level role.
Some of your responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition (75%)
- Post job ads across job boards, LinkedIn, and our careers page
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates for hiring managers
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications
- Support hiring managers with interview preparation and feedback collection
- Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Help design and improve candidate experience touchpoints
- Support with sourcing potential candidates via LinkedIn and other channels
People Operations (25%)
- Support onboarding for new starters (contracts, welcome packs, IT setup)
- Keep employee records accurate and up-to-date
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and events
- Provide administrative support across the People & Talent function
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and basic health & safety compliance
- Contribute to initiatives supporting the company’s commitment to sustainability

- Recruitment & People Focus: You have a strong interest in recruitment and people operations, and are excited to help build high-performing teams.
- Communication: You’re an excellent communicator with a friendly, professional manner, and you make a great first impression on candidates and colleagues alike.
- Organisation: You’re highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring processes run smoothly from posting roles to onboarding.
- Multitasking: You’re comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment without dropping the ball.
- Tech-Savvy: You’re confident using tools like Google Workspace, and ideally an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Mindset: You’re proactive, curious, eager to learn,and always looking for ways to improve processes and your own skills.
