We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented People Coordinator to join our team. This role primarily supports our Talent Acquisition and People Operations functions, with a significant and central contribution to Learning & Development initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Learning & Development
    • Coordinate learning and development initiatives, including organising training sessions, managing logistics, and recording proper documentation
    • Support the creation and building of engaging business presentations and materials for L&D programs
    • Track and report on training progress and outcomes using Croud's online learning platform, providing insights to the L&D team
    • Collaborate with the L&D team to ensure a smooth induction process for new hires
    • Maintain and update learning resources and platforms
  • Talent Acquisition
    • Assist the Talent Acquisition team in determining selection criteria by liaising with hiring managers
    • Support maintenance and updating of the Job Description and Role Document library, including the Task Brief database
    • Coordinate interviews and selection activities, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
    • Maintain recruitment records in TeamTailor, including interview notes and application documents
    • Assist in creating job advertisements aligned with the Brand's tone and messaging
    • Keep the TA New Starter Talent Tracker up to date to accurately track new hires
  • People Operations
    • Provide timely support in responding to HR inquiries via Freshdesk
    • Maintain accurate personnel records in Humaans, covering payroll, personal information, leavers, and turnover rates
    • Assist with leavers process to ensure timely completion
    • Assist with preparation and distribution of employee letters (salary increases, promotions, changes in working patterns)
  • General Responsibilities
    • Foster positive relationships with colleagues and understand our business with people at the core
    • Adhere to company policies to effectively support employees and ensure compliance
    • Undertake project work as assigned and adapt to additional responsibilities
    • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally

Person Specification

  • Previous demonstrable experience in an administrative or recruitment role with strong administrative skills and process adherence
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS systems is desirable
  • Proficiency in documenting processes
  • CIPD Level 3 or equivalent (desirable)
  • Excellent IT skills; competency in G-Suite is desirable
  • Proven time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Standard hours are 9:00am–5:30pm, with flexibility if agreed in advance with line managers; occasional hours outside these may be required.
